Who We Are

Robyn E. Gibson is the founder and principal consultant for REG Solutions. She develops partnerships around health, lifestyle, and community. R.E.G. Solutions works with organizations and partners to implement participatory action research and assessment to action plans.

She has ten years of experience working with nonprofit organizations on development, fundraising, strategy, and equity and inclusion. She previously worked at YW Boston as the Program Manager for InclusionBoston and is a MBA candidate at Howard University.

 One of her partnerships is with the Healthy Neighborhood Study, a research project from Conservation Law Foundation and MIT Department of Urban Studies. Robyn is currently an  MIT Emerging Scholar who is working on bridging data from research with stories from the Boston community with the podcast Voices of the Pan.

Outside of Work
She is on the Board of Mattapan Food and Fitness Coalition and a Co-Coordinator for Woolson Street Community Garden.
